Team Double-Click® is on the lookout for GREAT Virtual Assistants.  We are looking for people who have the following characteristics:

  • Willingness to step out of your comfort zone and learn new things
  • Willingness to go above and beyond the job description
  • Willingness to make cold calls
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, either bricks-and-mortar or virtual assistant.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday during regular business hours
  • Availability to answer the client’s phones.
  • Team Double-Click® has a variety of positions available
  • NOTE:  Team Double-Click® starts all new virtual assistants out with a small client that may be only 2-4 hours per week.  We ask that you “prove yourself” before we make you eligible to take additional clients or larger clients.  During this time, you will be expected to keep standard office hours
  • NOTE: we do not have any positions that are strictly data entry or typing
  • Potential virtual assistants who do not meet the above traits will not pass the interview process

Licensed Real Estate Assistant

Our company is Team Double-Click® and we are a virtual staffing agency. We staff small and home based businesses, and especially real estate agents and brokers, with virtual administrative assistants, virtual transaction coordinators, and virtual marketing consultants. Our virtual assistants are live people who perform administrative tasks from their own home offices.

In this down real estate market, some licensed agents are thriving, while others are struggling to make ends meet.  What we would like to do is put you, the licensed agent or broker to work as a virtual assistant, marketing assistant, and/or transaction coordinator, working through Team Double-Click® with other agents and brokers whose businesses have not been so adversely affected by the current market.

Team Double-Click® is seeking licensed real estate agents and brokers who would like to work as virtual assistants, assisting real estate agents and investors. For the former agent or investor, working as a virtual assistant is an excellent way to utilize your years of experience in the real estate industry.

You must first complete the interview process with Team Double-Click®. We are accepting applications for general administrative and marketing assistance for future real estate clients. We pre-interview our virtual assistants so that we can quickly supply new clients with qualified help.

Job Stats:

  • Pay is $15-$20 per hour

Prerequisites:

  • You possess a real estate license; and
  • You possess a strong administrative background, and
  • You possess virtual assistance training from another company, or
  • You have Top Producer (www.topproducer.com) experience
    OR training certification through Top Producer; or
  • Sharper Agent (www.sharperagent.com) experience OR training certification through Sharper Agent; or
  • Online lead management experience for real estate; or
  • At least one year marketing experience for real estate; or
  • At least one year experience as a real estate assistant; or
  • Experience as a real estate agent, broker, or sales person.
  • You have at least one year real estate assisting experience or
    other real estate experience (this may be bricks-and-mortar experience and does not need to be virtual), and
  • You must be registered as a Team Contractor with Team Double-Click®

Real Estate Virtual Administrative Assistant - EXPERIENCED ONLY

Team Double-Click® is constantly seeking virtual assistants who would like to assist real estate agents and investors. For the former agent or investor, working as a virtual assistant is an excellent way to utilize your years of experience in the real estate industry.

You must first complete the interview process with Team Double-Click® and we'd love to hear from you. We are accepting applications for general administrative and marketing assistance for future real estate clients. We pre-interview our virtual assistants so that we can quickly supply new clients with qualified help.

Job Stats:

  • Pay $12-$15 per hour

Prerequisites:

You possess real estate virtual assistance training from another company, or

  • You must have Top Producer (www.topproducer.com) experience OR training certification through Top Producer; or
  • Sharper Agent (www.sharperagent.com) experience OR training certification through Sharper Agent; or 
  • Online lead management experience for real estate; or
  • Mortgage or loan experience; or
  • At least one year marketing experience for real estate; or
  • At least one year experience as a real estate assistant; or
  • Experience as a real estate agent, broker, or sales person.

General Virtual Administrative Assistant

Team Double-Click® is continually seeking administrative assistants who would like to work virtually as virtual assistants and are able to work with a wide variety of clients. Team Double-Click®'s clients may be coaches, speakers, retailers, online retailers, solo-preneurs, ebay retailers, trainers, consultants, medical professionals, business consultants, non-profit organizations, big businesses, insurance-related, real estate-related, and anything in between.  For the bricks-and-mortar administrative assistant, working as a virtual assistant is an excellent way to utilize your experience working from your own home office.

We are accepting applications for general administrative virtual assistants to service future clients. We pre-interview our virtual assistants so that we can quickly supply new clients with qualified help.


Job Stats:

Pay $10-$12 per hour

Prerequisites:

  • You must enjoy helping others and take pride in doing so
  • You must be willing to answer client phones during regular office hours such as Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
  • You must be willing to make cold calls.  Team Double-Click® defines cold calls as: appointment setting, lead qualification, surveys, and sales calls to businesses.  Currently we have a waiting list of clients who need virtual assistants willing to make these types of calls.
  • You must be willing to perform all administrative duties as requested by the client…a “Jill of all trades” type person
  • You must be willing to step out of your comfort zone and learn new things to help the client build their business
  • You must be willing to take advantage of some of the free training courses Team Double-Click® offers.  These courses were designed to provide our virtual assistants with greater knowledge of our clients’ businesses and qualify them for higher paying positions.
  • You must be registered as a Team Contractor with Team Double-Click®.

What Happens Next?

  • You will be sent information on taking a skills test for this position
  • If you pass the skills test you will be asked to fill out an interview sheet for our VA Support department
  • You may be asked to sign and return contracts, take an orientation test (online), or other items, depending on the job. Failure to do any of the items requested of you will immediately disqualify you from the interview process. It is up to you to complete these tasks before moving on to the next step
  • Once you have completed these steps you may be considered for an interview
  • After passing the interview, you will be asked to set up an email account

Telemarketing/Cold Calling

Team Double-Click®'s clients are constantly asking for virtual assistants who are able to make cold calls.  While some clients need lead qualification (inbound and outbound), warm calls, and general telemarketing, many also need virtual assistants to do hard-core cold calling.

If you're unsure what cold calling is, it's sitting down with a list of names and phone numbers (or even a phone book in some instances) and calling to make a sales pitch.  They're called "cold" calls because the companies or individuals you are calling on are "cold" in that they have not shown interest in, or in some cases heard of, the company you may be calling for yet.  Cold calls are generally not a preferred task but nonetheless necessary for many organizations to drum up more business.

If you apply for the cold calling positions, we expect that you will have previous experience in this type of work and not deter easily at the word "no" while calling.  At a minimum, you must be very willing to make this type of call if applying.  We also expect that if you apply for cold calling, you will accept this type of position later when the positions are offered. 

Additionally, virtual assistants who apply for this type of work and later decline or refuse to cold call will not be considered for further assignments.  So be absolutely sure this is what you want to apply for before applying.  Currently we have a waiting list of clients who need virtual assistants willing to make these types of calls.

  • Starting pay $10-$11 per hour (in very few instances, clients will offer bonuses as well but it's very uncommon).


Prerequisites:

  • You must possess previous cold calling experience or
  • You know what cold calling is, are not afraid of it, and are willing to make these calls.

Internet Marketing

Team Double-Click's clients are constantly asking for virtual assistants who are able to perform internet marketing tasks.  Examples of tasks our clients are requesting include blog management and support, publishing ezines, organizing email campaigns, social media marketing, article submissions, affiliate research, auto-responder management, podcasting, online competitor analysis, and more.   

If you apply for the internet marketing positions, we expect that you will have previous experience in this type of work for an organization other than your own.  You may not use personal blogs or your own personal business as examples of your qualifications.

Additionally, virtual assistants who apply for this type of work will be asked to show examples of what you have accomplished and discuss the results you have produced for others.  This is a results oriented position and you will not be considered without being able to discuss the results you’ve achieved through your work.  We currently have a waiting list of clients who have requested VAs experienced in internet marketing.

  • You must possess previous experience in at least four of the internet marketing tasks mentioned above
  • You must have a proven record of producing results through these internet marketing tasks for an organization other than your own
  • You must be able to explain the strategy you used which determined the specific marketing tasks you utilized
  • You must be willing to step out of your comfort zone and learn new things to help the client build their business
