Free training time

At Team Double-Click® every client gets 2 hours of free orientation/training time with every virtual assistant.

Most independent virtual assistants do not allow a client free orientation time – time for the client to show the virtual assistant how he likes things done in his business.  With independent virtual assistant services you’re generally on the clock immediately.

Referral fees

At Team Double-Click® if you refer a client to us, we pay you a 5% referral fee.  That new client in turn can register as a referral partner as well.  If he does, he will receive 5% of the gross sales for anyone he refers. 

Each virtual assistant is independent of one another so there is no way to offer an incentive of this nature to a client.

Interviewing, skills testing, selection

At Team Double-Click® we interview our virtual assistants and either deny them or place our seal of approval on them.  Next, we train each virtual assistant to take her excellent bricks-and-mortar skills and put them to work for you – virtually.  We then sit down one-on-one with our clients to determine what tasks you need to have done and what skills you need in a virtual assistant.  We then do the legwork (free) of locating the best fit and then assign the virtual assistant to you, the client.  Thus saving you countless hours of hassle.

You can locate a virtual assistant by doing an internet search for “virtual assistant” or you can go to an association who will give you a list of virtual assistants and it’s the clients’ job to sift through them all to find one that a. returns his call, b. has time available, c. has a price he likes, d. has the skills he needs.

Number of virtual assistants and capacity
