Gayle Buske is the co-founder, President and CEO of Team Double-Click® – the country’s foremost cloud-based virtual administrative assistant staffing agency. Team Double-Click® provides top-notch cloud-based virtual administrative assistants for small and home-based businesses. Team Double-Click® offers its clients cost-effective solutions to inflexible bricks-and-mortar staffing by staffing virtually.

Living and working in beautiful Colorado, Buske’s experience spans rewarding contributions in the typical corporate world working for companies such as Eastman Kodak Company, Honeywell, Inc. and Jeane Thorne Temporary Services. Buske has authored hundreds of articles that have appeared in such media as ePregnancy,, Business Week and various websites and print publications.

When she is not busy personifying Winston Churchill’s motto: Never give in! Never give in! Never, never, never, never – in nothing great or small, large or petty – never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense, Buske enjoys spending her free time with husband, business and life partner, Jim, their daughter Madison, target shooting, hiking, gardening, and playing with the family’s three Vizsla dogs, Hilda, Johnny, and Deuce.

Jim Buske calls upon over 21 years of business experience to address the personnel and financial needs of Team Double-Click®. He earned his Associates in Computer Programming from the North Dakota State School of Science and became a trusted technical advisor to companies such as Bangar and Aroostick Railroad, Draves and Barke Systems and Cory Companies.

Having a first hand account of what it takes to run a business, Mr. Buske started Koniska Brokerage, Inc., a transportation brokerage firm with his wife, Gayle. The firm’s success spawned a sister trucking company, Koniska, Inc. The tragedy and economic effects of 9/11 forced the couple to pursue other endeavors. It was not long before they discovered the advantages of virtual outsourcing and founded Team Double-Click®. Today, Jim relishes the success of the company, its clients and talented contractors.

Jim lives in Colorado with his wife and business partner, Gayle and their daughter, Madison. In his off time he enjoys spending time with the family’s three dogs, off-roading, and target shooting.
